A new foyer and entrance at Wimbledon College of Arts opened in March 2006. The construction forms the main entrance to the internationally acclaimed school, and provides a foyer for the gallery, theatre and studios beyond. It is a place of exhibition and welcome, linking to newly refurbished gallery, theatre and studio spaces behind. A shop window offering views to the interior and the opportunity to display living work in fine art, sculpture, costume, theatre and media design.

A shop window offering views to the interior and the opportunity to display living work in fine art, sculpture, costume, theatre and media design.
In September 2008 the theatre reopened after a refurbishment and alterations which included a new mezzanine, new lift access, an enlarged control room and gantries, and the provision of a new film theatre. The project introduced natural light and ventilation to the theatre space and allows for the first time theatre in the round as well as in proscenium format.
