Sustainable Retrofit Family Home
An early 20th century house in Wimbledon has been upgraded to modern environmental standards whilst maintaining its character and contribution to the conservation area.
A three-storey extension was added at the rear. The design respects the character of the existing building and provides generous additional spaces including a large kitchen and garden room opening onto a stone paved terrace.
Working closely with interior designers and the homeowner, the existing interior spaces have been substantially upgraded to provide new ensuite facilities, bespoke joinery and new finishes throughout.
