A comprehensive programme of repairs and environmental improvements including secondary double glazing and new services. We replaced the roof and added a new fire escape so that the fifth floor could be used as offices. External elevations were conserved including fine stone detailing. We re-lit, repaired and redecorated the interiors.

Grade II listed, the building was originally for the Thames Board of Conservators of the River Thames in 1893-4 by H A Hunt and H T Steward.
This is one of a number of listed office buildings in the City of London we have upgraded in recent years.
