Amidst the pandemic, construction continues efficiently on the new 59 bed residential care home at Beulah Hill in South London.
This will provide a home for you as you get older and require more help whilst preserving your dignity and enjoyment of every moment of life.
Perched on top of a hill, the site has fantastic views north east towards the City and south west over the rolling hills of Surrey.
A simple question
This is a place designed around a simple question: if you sold a house to come and live here, and, knowing you would come out horizontally, is this a place you would wish to live? The rooms are arranged around a generous three sided courtyard open side to the south. The courtyard encloses a sensory garden, a garden of delights, designed by Jonathan Cook Landscape Architects, whom we met whilst working at St Hilda’s College, Oxford.
The first images show the outside of the courtyard, north and east elevations. The third the courtyard itself.
