Theodoros Chailis

Theodoros Chailis is an architect experienced in working on old and new buildings with a keen interest in sustainable, innovative design and a dedication to artistic thinking.

He has a deep understanding of MBA’s practice ethos and has worked closely with the directors on a wide variety of projects since 2015 including institutional, commercial, residential buildings and very high value heritage assets.

Theo joined MBA after completing his BA at Sheffield School of Architecture in 2015 and, whilst working at the practice, obtained his Masters in Architecture  [University of Westminster] in 2019 and professional qualification [Part 3] in 2021. Prior to joining MBA, he worked as an architectural assistant in Cyprus.

Current projects include Job Architect for a new development next to listed buildings in a conservation area, design development and information management on other projects reporting directly to directors. Theo trains younger staff and champions good drawing and information management across the practice.
