Caroline joined MBA in 1999 progressing from architect to director, running projects from concept to completion including houses, housing and commercial projects. Key projects at MBA include New Street City of London and Longford Lodge Hampton. In December 2006 she left MBA to start a family. She remains a consultant.

Before MBA Caroline worked in a major commercial practice in Johannesburg.
